Use of the App

Peptaflow is a personal tracking tool for organizing peptide protocols, inventory, and related health data. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 17 years old to use the app.

Not Medical Advice

Peptaflow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The app does not calculate, recommend, or suggest dosages. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting or modifying any health protocol.

Shared Stack Cards

Peptaflow allows you to generate and share visual stack card images summarizing your personal protocol. These shared cards:

• Are labeled “Not medical advice — for personal reference only” and are intended solely as personal logs.
• Do not constitute prescriptions, treatment plans, or professional recommendations of any kind.
• Should not be interpreted or relied upon by any recipient as medical or health guidance.
• Are shared at your sole discretion and risk. You are responsible for how and with whom you share them.

AppFactor LLC assumes no liability for any actions taken by you or any third party based on information contained in a shared stack card.

Subscriptions

Peptaflow offers auto-renewable subscriptions for access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Peptaflow also offers a one-time lifetime purchase for permanent access to Pro features. This is a non-consumable in-app purchase and is non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Promotional Offer Codes

Promotional offer codes may be made available at our discretion and are subject to the terms specified at the time of issuance. Offer codes are redeemable through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Your Data

All data you enter into Peptaflow is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Deleting the app will permanently remove all locally stored data.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Peptaflow are owned by AppFactor LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Peptaflow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. No information provided within the app — including reference data, compound profiles, or shared stack cards — should be considered accurate, complete, or current for any medical or health-related purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppFactor LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on data tracked, logged, displayed, or shared through the app. This includes any reliance on shared stack cards by you or any third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
